how to shop at rite aid

Shopping at Rite Aid can be a little tricky, so here are a few things to remember.

  • You need a Rite Aid card.. ask one of the cashiers for one. You can not get any of the deals with out it.
  • +UP rewards.. they are like Rite Aid money. They will be printed on your reciept after you pay for the product,  they will look like this.
  • "Roll" the +UPs so you dont have to keep  OOP cost as close to 0 as possible .. "Roll" = use the up rewards to buy more products that produce more up rewards   buy motrin for 3.00 get 3.oo +Up so then on your next transaction buy  another motrin @ 3.00   use the 3 +UP from your first transaction to pay for your next transaction and only pay tax.. plus get another 3+UP ... Be careful to pay attention.. some sales have limits.. so after the limit is reached you can still purchase at the sale price but you WILL NOT  recieve another up reward
  • Use COUPONS!! Rite aid will accept 2 coupons per item.. one manufacturer coupon and one rite aid coupon.
  • Watch the Rite Aid Video Values, they are short little videos that give you coupons you can print to use in store.. remember these can be stacked with manufactueres coupons
  • There are also SCR you can take advantage of... Rite aid single check rebate
You can also find these in the store ad and they will look like this...

You can also use rite aid and manufacturer coupons to make this deal better..A SCR is a rebate you will get back every month from purchases you made that month that were part of the single check rebate program here is what you need to do
Everytime you purchase a SCR item  you will have to iinput information from that reciept, you can input as many as you purchase throught the month but can only request ONE check a month... so make sure to wait until the end of the month to request a check... remember some items also have a limit on how many SCR you can get per item.
It should look like this, you can find all your required information on your recipt. At the end of the month go back and request your check... it should take 1-2 weeks. You can cash this check like a regular check!
